Read the stats cards and the review requests table at a glance.
Your dashboard gives you a live view of every review request and how customers are responding.
Stats cards
The four cards show Requests sent, Positive reviews (4–5 stars sent to Google), Negative feedback (1–3 stars kept private), and Awaiting response (sent but not yet rated).
Requests table
The table lists each customer with their phone number, current status, star rating, and date. Statuses move from Pending to Sent to Viewed, then Positive or Negative.
