Set up your business profile
Add your business name and email so review requests are sent in your name.
Your business profile is what customers see when they receive a review request. Getting it right takes less than a minute.
Where to find it
Open the dashboard and click Settings in the top navigation. The first card is your Business profile.
What to fill in
Enter your Business name exactly as you want it to appear in the SMS message to customers (e.g. "Smith Plumbing"). Your email address is used to sign in and cannot be changed here.
Save your changes
Scroll to the bottom and click Save settings. You'll see a green confirmation once it's saved.
