Customise your SMS message
Personalise the text customers receive using {{name}} and {{business}} tags.
The SMS message is the text your customer receives asking them to rate your service. You can keep the default or write your own.
Using tags
Insert {{name}} to include the customer's name and {{business}} to include your business name. They are replaced automatically when the message is sent.
Keep it short
Messages are capped at 140 characters so they fit in a single SMS. A live preview and character counter show you exactly how the message will look. The review link is added automatically at the end.
