I can't send a review request

If the Send button is blocked, your profile may be missing a required field.

If you can't send a review request, one of these is usually the reason.

Add your Google review link

You must set your Google review link in Settings before any requests can be sent. Without it the request can't be created.

Tick the consent box

The Send review request button stays disabled until the customer consent checkbox is ticked.
