Add a customer and send a request
Add a customer after a job to kick off an automatic review request.
Once a job is done, adding the customer is all it takes to start the review request process.
Steps
On the dashboard, click "+ Add Customer". Enter the customer's name and mobile number, then tick the consent box to confirm they agreed to receive a one-time SMS. Click Send review request.
What happens next
Revora creates the request and, after a short delay, sends the customer an SMS with a link to rate their experience. You can watch the status change on your dashboard.
